Cellulite. The thing that affects 95% of women (even supermodels) and causes us to anguish over what we feel are unsightly lines and lumpy bits. For years, I have seen promotions for creams and treatments that claim to get rid of cellulite but the hard truth is, nothing will magically make it disappear overnight.
With time and effort, you CAN reduce
the appearance of cellulite but it does require a level of commitment. It’s no good increasing your water intake for a few days and occasionally doing a bit of dry skin brushing. It’s not that those things don;t work; they d make a difference. It’s just that, as with so many things, you need to stick at them and look at overall lifestyle if you really want to combat it.
